Help with new dekstop for bl and tf2

I need help getting a 625-650$ desktop I need to choose the right stuff (not a loving full out custom) but maybe a custom or windows 8 with full shaders able to be ran on bl and nice framerate in tf2-gmod, etc

Yeah I have a stuff mac, anything like anything you can tell me like just a 650 desktop windows 8 that can run it is fine.

This will help you pick parts for a custom PC. I recommend at least 8gb of RAM and try to push the other parts as top-end as you can without going over your budget. However graphics cards are expensive as stuff and $500 may not be enough.

Here's a recommendation:
Processor: 3.5 GHz POWER7 eight core processor
You'll need just 360 of them.
Just 16 TerraBytes of RAM
You won't need to worry about HardDrives, everything is stored in RAM.
It's in the affordable price range of $3 million dollars
You might have some lag with max shaders if you're simulating the universe at 1000x speed in the background
(I'm suggesting you buy IBM's Watson. I'm also joking)
