I read through the FAQ, but I never felt like I quite got the answer.

Both me and my younger brother love Blockland, and used to play a lot of RTB before that dried out. Now, we've both tried this newish thingy, and we quite like it.
If one of us purchase the serial number, will both of us be able to play online?

I supposed so when I read the FAQ, but then came this stuff about names... Some clarification wouldn't hurt. :P

Both of you should be able to play online at once however your player name will be the same.  You can use then clan tags to differentiate between the two of you.

You can have two clan tags, each up to 4 characters long

I guess that way, I can be named Sir Pantalones while he is Pantalones Jr. o_O
Except "Sir" and "Jr" would become gray while "Pantalones" is yellow.

But we can still have different appearances, right?

Yeah I believe so, because you don't have to 'register' that and it's stored on the computer/server you're on.
