Tigh was my friend long ago, he did something to make me hate him. I can't remember exactly what, but it had something to do with a server I hosted. Might've been something related to abusing admin.

I suggest to block him on Steam if he's really annoying you.
If he annoys you on Blockland, try to ignore him. If he does something bigger, a drama may be needed if it's important.
