Welcome back.

it's not really a burn considering no one here majors in english literature.

Yeah, well, I've been to college for a little bit and taken some english classes. Shut DOWN, son. SNAP.

Me either, I didn't see her leave.

heres a chat from a guy that wants a touchscreen iMac:

Customer: Hi
You: Hello, I’m Jonathan, and welcome to the Apple Online Store!
Customer: I saw that you have touchscreen macs?
You: The only touchscreen products we offer are the iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhone. We actually don’t have touchscreen Macs, though.
Customer: I was at an apple store about a week ago and was using a touchscreen mac
You: My apologies for any confusion, but we don’t offer any Macs that are touchscreen.
Customer: Oh, okay. Thanks.
You: Sure, it’s my pleasure.

thats what its like trying to forgetin tell ppl theres no touchscreen iMac
damn
btw "You:" means me because i literally copy and pasted the chat from the support chat site

Not sure, he never told me the exact Apple store or city he was in. He might have been at a Microsoft store.

maybe he can't tell the difference between an ipad and an imac.

They're pretty similar.

like i said before, a lot of apple's customers are either old or have no technological knowledge. most likely the second choice.

yeah i noticed that too
pretty fishy, and given OPs history im gonna doubt that he works for apple unless he can provide actual prove (screenshot of the support client, or a paystub)
also considering OP is most likely still in school he doesnt even meet the requirements
