No, they wouldnt. North korea wouldnt get a missile truck in the US like this takes place. If north korea retaliated, there would actually be detonations without a doubt.

Also, If they managed to get PAST our missile defense systems and Early warning systems they would only be able to hit the west coast. They'd need a bomber to get to the east coast I believe, but the east coast is home to the US navy.
