Actually it's called African American Vernacular English. It's a dialect that existed for hundreds of years in the US, and yet people still consider it 'ghetto' and 'uneducated', unlike the other dialects here.

The hell is this stuff?  It's ghetto, end of story.  Don't sugarcoat it, it's broken dialect that doesn't deserve attention.  It's on par with "white backcountry trailer talk", you can call it a dialect but don't tell me it's not ghetto or uneducated.

I love how people completely ignore the brat ruining the store, brushing it off as "kids being kids," or, "he has a mental issue," but when the man filming, speaks, "oh, how I wish I could speak ape," and, "loving mondays; destroying the planet."
