cannot take Ctrl+P screenshots

i can take DOFs and Shift+Ps but Ctrl+P screenshots do not take/ write to the screenshot folder.  i have checked to make sure that my screenshot keys are indeed Ctrl+P, so its not that...

anyone know whats up?
