Confusion during installing drivers

So, Blockland won't work without the correct drivers for my GPU. I recently switched from WinXP to Win7 (32-bit).

Every drivers accept for the Sound and Video are installed.

http://blockland.us/driverUpdate/ati.html is outdated, AMD changed their website.


How do I install the correct drivers? I have an AMD Radeon x300
