what games to buy from steam sale

I have $76 left on my Steam Wallet, and I'm wondering what I should buy for the Steam Sale (kind of late I know). I like action, sandbox, simulator, and strategy games for the most part. Preferably, I don't want the games to be too difficult. Anyone have any suggestions? ;)

Just kidding. I'd reccomend Garry's Mod (sandbox), Defcon (strategy/simulator), or Crazy Taxi (action, nothing else on this list really lol). I've heard the Civilization games are great though.
