I recently followed this video to block aviras daily pop up ad, now instead of avira's ad i get a window that pops up like every 3 hours.
i dont have a screenshot, but its just like this one only shows avira and the .exe that i purposely blocked
its like i traded one pop up for another....
now how do i block this from showing up?

start menu > control panel > uninstall an item > uninstall what you downloaded to block the stuff

find the directory, end it and then delete the process?
assuming you want the program still

(bump)
Don't think you can. I'm pretty sure there's a way to disable all notifications in Security Options somewhere in Administrative Tools but I can't find it lol, and it would be messy as hell anyway. What you should try doing is using Avira itself and quarantine avnotify.exe or whichever files you blocked rather than using software restriction policies
You could also try using
bgpkiller
