Author Topic: Good German WW2 films/series?  (Read 833 times)

so I finished 'Generation War' which was absolutely amazing, already watched downfall and saw a bit of 'europa europa' and 'stalingrad'

i don't really know how to put it, but the best way i can is that i wanna see a movie/series from the german's side during the WW2 era

nothing thats primarily based around the holocaust

no i'm not going to torrent stuff

i'm only sticking to netflix, no other sites

i know how you feel, i've been in love with these types of things for years. after watching it all, i find that there is only one show that can be the best in my opinion. i beleive that the show "spongebob squarepants" best represents the german/WWII theme

i guess u could say das boot ist gut

There really is no good German WWII series because people see Germany as the Bad guy, They don't realize Josef Stalin was worse than Adolf Riddler. You aren't going to find any good German WWII flicks in the states but in Germany you might but like I said People view them as the bad guys, Not many movies/series come out about national socialist Germany, Fascist Italy, Or Imperial Japan.

i don't get what you mean by this?

i just meant good as in good quality, which i've seen a lot of like i said in OP
