I'm trying to find this add-on because it'd make building Vehicles much more easier...
The treads are where the add-ons are...

For clarification the treads are where the two add-ons are. The vertical plates and Vertical 2x2 rounds.

I think those octagonal bricks came with the addon Brick_poles or something like that, If anyone remembers the name then feel free to correct me.

They look like the ones you sometime see on a server that are print-bricks. I'm almost certain /ty's or ahemidksomething's has them.

The octo ones are Brick_1RandomPack.
Another useful brick pack for building vehicles imo is Brick_VerticalPlatePack.
