Some richard in 4th period knocked my phone out of my hand, but instead of saying sorry all he did was say its my fault for having it out (yet his is out all the time).

Anything I can do in terms of making him pay for it? It costs $109

Sue him, you can. Also do you have a case on your IPhone 6?

1. http://www.otterbox.com/
2. Why is your iPhone 6 only 109 USD?
3. Why didn't you smack the kid?

1. Gun (or any weapon)
2. Extort
3. $$$

I think he means to repair the screen

anything expensive and fragile should have a case on it

i'm sure you could sue him for damages like thatrandomguy said

His reason is totally viable.
I've had iPhones for 5 years, never dropped it.

Host a rad party at your house, so rad that everyone at school comes, and tell him he can't get in until he pays you for the screen repair

Idk, maybe try asking him nicely? And if that doesn't work, try getting someone at school involved. I mean, no one likes a rat, but since he broke the screen and repair costs over 100 dollars, it's really your only viable option (Aside from just paying the money).

How is it ratting if you force someone to pay for damages they caused?

You didn't really give the full story.

You make it sound like he intentionally did it. Then you say he doesn't even apologize. Did he bump into you or did he knock it out man

It'd be very hard to get him to pay for it if you were holding it out and he accidentally did that. Yeah that sucks but if he can't afford that, then you're loving him over. 3 years without a case, you're due for a drop anyway. Just pretend you would have dropped it yourself and it broke and you'd have to pay for it yourself.

it wasn't intentional, but he was running around class like a moron. And when he saw what he did he didn't apologize, he just acted like an starfish.

And how about I don't pretend it was me and I pay for it, how about he does because he did it.
