In some senses he is. Glass is quick to anger(usually, but in this case had his server crashed by Outpact, before the patch came around) and doesn't always handle things in the best ways.
However, Outpact, you're being an arse. Seriously. Do you actually see what you're typing, or are you replying based on reaction? You're acting and have said that "the past is past". This doesn't work, pretending something never happened or that your damage didn't really do anything. I only recall you getting perma'd once, however I wouldn't be surprised if you crashed tons of other servers considering your past. You're going to get flamed by many, obviously, and you're trying to both ignore and fight against it at the same time. People are going to take stabs at you no matter where you go on this forum, because unlike yourself, no one else(that I know of) would forgive another crashing their server. Did it only occur one time? Yes. It still did lasting damage, at least for a while. I'm going with you did it because you didn't like Glass, or his server(s), so you decided to ruin the fun of the players for the hell of it. I'd suggest leaving, since staying isn't going to get you anywhere other than banned, honestly.
