To enhance company structure, Gojira/Lucas Steele is hereby appointed XO position. He will keep his current position but official rank will be upgraded to 1st LT. He takes command when the CO is unable, physically or mentally, to hold command.

All Platoon Sergeants assume the role of NCO to their platoon leaders.

I'm trying to work out how company HQ elements work. More on this later.

EDIT: With cooperation between Columbian designers and Hiematan designers, and stolen Narodan designs, the G41(W) is in service with the military.

All tank crewmen are equipped with 9x19 Luger for self-defense. Each tank has two MP40's, and a box of 12 Model 24 grenades. StuGs get an MG34 mounted to the back wall of the fighting compartment.

Also revise the OP I added a bit of depth to ammo types
Also are female characters allowed? Comatose wants to join and he told me to ask.

Female characters are allowed. Hiemat's military is horribly undermanned and is also horribly outnumbered by Naroda's. There is no de jure discrimination. However, only single women, or married women without children may join. They must undergo the same physical tests as men.
