That's the reason you have witnesses, a witness is just as good as evidence.
And a judge is usually good at telling which people are lying about a cause, and which people aren't.
That's the reason we trust them with these types of decisions.
And again, people have sued other people with cases just like this, and from what I've seen majority of them won.
Lying in court can be a serious offence too, who would risk a possible additional fine over a
600$ case.
To begin with he should have went to the principle, or someone who could've settled this matter officially.
Not doing so made his chances of getting anything out of him little to none.
If nothing comes out of this, let this be a lesson learned.
Don't go to a forum full of kids~young-adults for a question like this.
