How about going old school and come up with your own ideas rather then pulling a Hollywood style movie that rips every thing off other movies. I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry is a rip off an Australian Film, no doubt about it (I completely forgot the name of it).

This is the decade of near-future apocolypsis, sequals to movies that were made 10-20 years ago, and remakes of comic books, tv shows, or stories from the 70s or before.
