we used the site http://www.acapela-group.com/ and the old man voice was WillOldMan, i forget the other voice we used
for this site the artificial children voices are fantastic should you check it out

i just used audacity to record my system audio so i could use the voices later. i didn't download anything from the site.

If you're making gaming Youtube videos then I'd recommend using Open Broadcaster Software, it also allows you to record your browser too, which is also ideal for recording the voices.
