HELP! ISSUES RUNNING BLOCKLAND (in vista)!!!!

I'm on a Windows Vista Ultimate with a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 vid card, and i have to re-install blockland EVERY time i wanna play it!!! The pic shows the message i get when i run it after re-installation and quit.

Seriously.

Re-installation totally failed if the game can't find any of those important files.
Move your saves & add-ons somewhere else and obliterate your Blockland folder.

Where are my saves anyway?? All i ever really saved was bricks.

I laugh at this, It skipped loading all the add-ons and failed to load the majority of major system files.
