Why is nobody using Port's RTB?

So, I switched from GRTB to Port's RTB (Thanks so much, Greek2Me).
But what is bothering me is that the IRC chat is deserted.
I'm wondering, is anyone going to be using Port's RTB?

I remember when RTB was still around and there was always a new drama topic about somebody being stuffty on the IRC. There was never any good conversation going on in the general chat and most people logged into RTB even used the IRC
