suggest me a computer under 400

I dont want some ultra fancy super fast computer, but something that can run blockland with shaders and most games smoothly. im not expecting to play games like CoD or anything. i dont really wanna build one either. im on a tight budget so 400 at max.

edit: also windows 7 is preferred

Avoid AMD GPU's.
I got a cheap 600 euro laptop with an Nvidia GPU and I can run shaders on max without any trouble.
Don't get intel, shaders don't work with intel at all.
Windows 8 should be faster but w/e.

EDIT: I got NVIDIA GeForce 825M gpu.

i have this 400 dollar computer i got 2 years ago, the only upgrades i've done to it is RAM and a new GPU and it seems to do the job
