In the speedkart files, there is this audio file called gw_scream. What is it used for?

if you press control k at the beginning of the round in the kart, you can press control k again to activate the scream

It's used in the Self Delete lottery. Basically every round someone is randomly selected, and when they try to Self Delete, they'll instead scream. Just once though, if they try to Self Delete again it'll work.

I forget exactly how the selection process works, but that's the gist of it.

no i believe everyone can do it but whoever does it first that round the others cant

Ive never encountered that sound in any speedcart races.
