No. I found the real problem.

Turns our my mobo is slightly bent and whenever it wiggles it reboots. I'm fixing this stuff asap.

so wait. why are you plugging your video cables in your motherboard? you don't have a video card?
also why does the hdmi wiggle it and the vga doesn't?

no I have a video card. I was plugging it into the video card back to the monitor. As I said previously I believe the reason now is that the mobo is bent.
