I can't pronounce it, it is unpronounceable. At some point in time the pronunciation was removed, leaving only the shell of a former word. My username is now an unintelligible string of nonsense that cannot be comprehended. Those who try to pronounce it will end up destroying their universe, only to wake in an alternate reality where their existence never was beholden by my unpronounceable username
