Downloads are encrypted, they would have to go out of their way to find out what exactly it was, Sure they could see the site you were on, but they wouldn't know what exactly you were watching.

they can still ddos your static ip and find your console and just rewrite the manifest.

how is it hard to know what you are watching then the file is named "ebonychildamputeegivesearjobt ohorseinheat1080pXXX.zip"

Whenever I download files it's just called something like 360_480c45.FILENAME
