Author Topic: is anyone elses audio just randomly breaking in game?  (Read 1920 times)

has this happened to anyone? I don't have a recording for it but it usually happens in game out of nowhere, the audio breaks.
I don't know what I can give for evidence of this happening, but if request what you need and I'll give

I guess try your best to record it, that's all I can say

just play blockland for a while and record untill it happens, then cut the footage and upload it

Do you mind also posting a console.log of the issue when it occurs?

Thanks for the obviously very much needed information that brings us one step closer to solving the problem.

done

"OpenAL Driver Init:
None"

"Unable to locate audio profile '0'"

"OpenAL Driver Init:
OpenAL
   Vendor: Creative Labs Inc.
   Version: OpenAL 1.0
   Renderer: Software
Extensions: EAX 2.0, EAX 3.0, EAX Unified, and EAX-AC3"

My guess is you tried to switch on the OpenAL like you did in your video, however upon initial start-up you had no information with OpenAL detected. Try updating your sound drivers, if that fails then use a fresh install of Blockland.

I uninstalled the realtek audio driver and from what I see it works, but now when i loving alt+tab the game crashes

If you use just a little brain power you can figure out he was asking it as a question to see if someone has had this problem and knows of a solution to fix it. Not something like:
doesnt happen to me

Try turning on boardless mode, and drop out of fullscreen but keep the size of it the size of your screen. Then you shouldn't have that crashing problem.
