i dont understand how these are specific to public schools.
pretty simple actually

low paying american parents do bad choices which makes their kids do bad choices.

and those kids go to public schools cause their low paying parents cant afford higher quality schools

right on the nail

People who congest the halls
Temperamental teachers
Arts and crafts projects
English

would you rather pusillanimous individualfoot around and then go whine to an internet forum or actually confront the guy about it

What hillkill is describing is a non-aggressive isolated incident. The guy isn't literally targeting him and shoving him in the hall, he's just bumping into him while walking. Confrontation would be escalation and is completely unnecessary.

Arts and crafts projects
this when they're done for anything but an elective.
I came to class to learn something, not put together a diorama.

those kids who always tries to sneak their phone out in class

my school has a phone ban, yet still every kid hides it in their shoe/pants/breasts/private parts and brings it out every time the teacher looks in the other direction
