How should the arrest system work?

When you kill someone as a cop, it arrests them.
When you kill someone with your (T+T) baton as a cop, it arrests them.
When you kill someone with your special baton (can baton drugs, doesn't damage non-crims) as a cop, it arrests them.
Handcuffs (Explain how you want them implemented)

Did he at least remove the ban? I would understand if Cassord was not de-admined but you should at least be able to join again. Tetro doesn't really ~hate members in Qi just because they are in it. I don't think anyways since I was not banned and I spoke to Tetro a lot on the server while at points paint would make stupid "eww QI" remarks and kill me.
