It isn't a thing.
$LoadOffset
can only change the position at which the save is loaded. The only thing I can think of to do this is to use the duplicator to rotate it.

You can use buildbot. Load a save, then place the ghost brick where ever, and rotate it to the offset you want. Hope this helps.
