You know
Like, when I see this I get really confused, because
Everything they showed in the video
Thats a lot
how are we to expect glasses smaller than the oculus rift to do all of this in HD without frame lag
How do we live share things like with the motorcycle? Having two of those glasses connected to a wifi, and then having it live update a 3D software? How are they supposed to go about doing that

Live television, too? I mean that's actually not too hard compared to the live updating shared 3D modeling software, but you're making a prime piece of the living room obsolete by making a digital version.

No comment on the MineCraft thing, the only problem I have is the processing power that would require.

The wooden 3D modeling with 3D printing is pretty cool i got to be honest.

This concept video just looks like a programmer's wet dream, and not something that could be reality; in my opinion.
However I am hype, if they pull it off like in this concept, then well. Game changing hardware, I guess?

Hell yes.
They made kinect, they can do this.

JESUS CRÍSTO
wtf
That I should have no ` above it. What is going on. What are you playing at.

this is just incredible

/edit

seriously, I just started to learn how to code a year ago and then this is made, makes me so jealous that probably by the time I'm old enough for a job, all the ideas will be taken away qq

soon we will be augmented

God, The nausea will be intense

it will probably end up being far too clumsy to use practically

but if it doesn't I'm gonna have some fun with 3d sculpting

I'd like to have my windows floating around me instead of on my desktop.

sci fi is now real. doesn't that stuff happen in sci fi?

I want to really see it in action though. But seeing how Microsoft is the way they are I feel that they got a good hold of this.

The concept is cool of course, but it LOOKS so stupid when worn on the head, lol

on one hand this is even more ridiculously awesome than those fake "IPHONE <WHATEVER THE LATEST OUT IS + 1> SNEAK PEEK" videos and other fake tech video scams so it CAN'T BE TRUE

on the other hand it's loving microsoft and they _went out and said it_
i mean sure it's pretty likely not to be nearly as good as they say it is but they can't be outright lying
forgetin holograms man
