i mean, it doesn't matter what order the letters go in, who decided it goes A, B, C, D, E, F, etc. why not K, C, E, G, Z, P, or something. why is it like that, and is it a law that you must recite it in that order

Its easier to remember things when they are in a certain order. If the alphabet was randomized every time then you'd have a lot of trouble remembering it because you wouldn't have anything to refer to for it.

(I don't know the real reason, I'm just taking a wild guess)

Because order makes memorization easier. So do songs. It has an order because that is very convenient for a lot of reasons.

Because that's the order that was chosen. And you can't change it at this point. If you tried to use a different order, it would ruin anything that relied on the order of the alphabet, which is a lot of things.
