What does Blockland Forums use?

So I would LOVE to use HTML for the blockland forum topics but HTML doesn't work. I tried CSS, but that doesn't work either. What does blockland forums use for coding a forum?

HTML is for constructing the websites themselves. Of course you cant use HTML in posts, you would need to edit the pages source IIRC. CSS is for stylizing the HTML file. What youre looking for is BBCode http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBCode which is used for forum posts
