Author Topic: forums give me the best graphics card  (Read 1481 times)

I don't get the point of spending this much (unless your monitor is 4k or really high refresh rate or something)
I have a single GTX 770 and I can bring BF4 (which I think I've read is the most demanding game out there?) to max (except for resolution scaling I think it was called, which I don't notice a difference in quality) and get 60+fps at 1080p

Also, with the entire rest of the computer only being 1k (I'm assuming monitor included in that price since you mentioned touch screen) I doubt you'll gain as much benefit as you think you will

BF4 (which I think I've read is the most demanding game out there?)

Almost as good as "Alienware"

well I have a 1000$ touch screen pc with a bult in screen with Intel and also a tv and runs games well (mostly sorurce games)

I dont need to know WHAT it is i need to know if your computer can handle it or it can even be upgraded because it kinda sounds like an all-in-one PC.

Download speccy and post a pic of the specs. It should look like this (different specs ofc)

and just to clarify, is the monitor separate from the actual computer, like are all the parts in its own tower?

It would be nice to know ops current specs

I'll do this if I can get to my pic since I'm currently in a another house

If you don't know enough about computers to list your computers specs without a tool to do it for you, you probably shouldn't be buying a $1k video card

Realistically?
2 of these bad boys - MSI GTX 970 4GB

If you REALLY wanted to, you can use the extra $300 for water cooling the graphics cards, but id ask someone more experienced with water cooling.

You don't need a Titian whatsoever unless you have very large monitors or have multiple high-res monitors. You're paying an extreme amount for a high amount of Vram  and that's it.
Wtf? Why not just get a GTX 980 4GB. More games support a single graphics card anyway...

A single 970 is good enough to run any current game that doesn't support SLI at high settings on a 1080p monitor and SLI 970's are better than a single 980 in games that do support SLI

Pretty much this.

I'd just get a single 970
Since you don't have a fancy monitor setup (4k or several monitors), more than that won't give you much more than bragging rights
If you want to spend $1k, we could tell you what to go for once you post full specs.
