I don't really see why this has to be a league; the idea of a team paintball server sounds pretty cool, and could probably work without the whole tourney gimmick. Regardless, I have a few questions.
Do you currently have a way to host this dedicated?
Do you have the necessary scripts and add-ons to host this?
Do you have a plan for finding decent moderation?
