It's warm so you can go outside (Not in winter tho) and it's really great here.

Well, we do get strong storms, floods (a lot), droughts, occasional seismic activity and even heatwaves, small tornados, sometimes landslides in certain areas and heavy snow.

But I suppose we don't get hurricanes (although can suffer from the remains of Atlantic hurricanes), nor forest fires, nor proper earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, avalanches, famines, dust storms, locust hordes, tsunamis or raptures.
