If you guys hated the ref soooooo much then why not go through your time to atleast help meat find refs too.
This is Meatsale's football tournament not Meatsale, ravencroft, and Kickflow's tournament. He is the manager and he asked us to join him on his team, not staff. We didn't sign up to help manage it, we signed up to play.
Second of all, you probably would have won if you didn't rage about the ref for 10-20 minutes god knows how long.
So it's okay for the ref to mess up, even if we win? If we win, we would like it to be fair both ways. The arguing went for about 5 minutes tops. No where near 10-20 minutes.
I seriously don't see why you two had to be such babies about a little yard misunderstanding, everyone makes mistakes. Do you honestly expect Unknown to calculate EXACTLY where you guys were supposed to be? He isn't a robot.
A little yard misunderstanding =/= 10 yards. That the difference between a touchdown, and being on the 10 yard line. If he's THAT wrong, he shouldn't be a ref, it doesn't require "robot-like skills" to figure that out.
Meatsale tried his best to keep the tourney going without any arguing but then you two showed up and basically ruined his fun aswell
Meatsale begged Ravencroft and I to be on his team to the point of annoyance. We said yes because we wanted to see if it would be good or not. Clearly it was the latter.
"done with the bratty 12 year olds?" Look at yourselves, you're acting like one right now throwing a fit
How are we throwing a fit? We left because the tournament wasn't up to the standards we hoped it to be. You should know what throwing a fit is, your teammate is Ron Paul.
about just a tiny mistake
10 yards is not a tiny mistake, how can you say that 10 yards is a tiny mistake. Besides, this isn't the only mistake the tourney has seen and definitely not the last, and Raven and I signed up for what we thought was going to be a good tournament.
when you guys could have probably won the game if you just didn't leave and cause everyone to not have fun.
"So it's okay for the ref to mess up, even if we win? If we win, we would like it to be fair both ways."
That's about as real as I'm going to be, you can say that I'm wrong and that you guys weren't acting like little kids (which you obviously were) or you could accept it and learn from that.
How were we acting like kids? We left because the entire execution of this tournament was garbage, and not what we thought it was going to be.
Raven put this well.
Why would we listen to the refs word when he marked us 10 yards behind where we were supposed to be? That tipped us over because we've been putting up with mistakes like this for the past 2 weeks. Face it Jenna, your team would've kept arguing just as much even though you knew we were right and the ref was wrong. I'd say leaving the server instead of arguing over countless bad calls was the mature move in that situation.
We're not taking it seriously to any extent, we didn't care if we won or lost. We came to have fun and a good time like we do in scrimmages and we got the exact opposite. There's absolutely nothing wrong with leaving the server instead of staying and listening to an argument for another 15 minutes. That's not what we signed up for.
