You can take screenshots of conversations with shift+P. Just join a different server (or single player) without closing Blockland and Page Up to the conversation.

For the ban reason, just open the message (try joining the host's server) and use the Print Screen button on the keyboard. Then paste it into a program such as Paint and save it to your computer. You can then upload it to Imgur to link it in image tags on here, or you can just browse for them in Additional Options below your post.
