If they have a lot add ons, I'm usually not gonna have the patience to stay and wait.

im more impatient then most maybe. but i know when people have 150 mods and maybe 8 of them are in use for whatever gamemmode they have. that just says a lot about the kind of server being ran.

I don't get why people leave that stuff activated.

Sometimes I'll join, see someone I know as a problematic individual is on the admin list, and just 'nope' back to the server list.

This. I sometimes will join and check the player list too. If there is someone I don't like, I usually just leave to avoid socializing with them.
