Author Topic: I think I just did the dumbest thing ever A.K.A I just fell off a speeding truck (Read 1771 times)

I just got back from school and hitched a ride on the back of brothers truck because I'm carrying my guitar and book bag down our very long driveway so I'm on the back with my guitar between my legs handing on tightly so I don't fall off so my brother decides to start off slow then speeds up. Well, with my luck I fall off the back of a truck going 24 MPH on a loose gravel road and landed feet first then face planted. I will probably have cuts, road rash, bruising, and some bleeding but I'll be fine as it was just a minor incident so just need to clean my wounds and wrap them in gauze.

TL:DR I fell off a truck going 20+ MPH because I was lazy and didn't feel like walking

I was carrying my guitar which wouldn't fit and neither would I because he has a bunch of crap up front.

It is a work truck with one of those full toolbox covers on the bed so I was hanging on the back, I seriously question my sanity right now to why I thought it was a good time

To those saying "Why didn't you just sit in the bed/front/tailgate." This is why take a look at this truck

The truck I fell off of is just like that but the gap for storage is covered for extra tool space.
