Argentina warns Bolivia and Brazil, asking them to withdraw their support for Populist Chile. The refusal to do so may lead to dire consequences. Argentina also requests the UK and Latin American Coalition abstain from the conflict.
Significantly alarmed by their entrance to the conflict, Argentinian forces have begun moving towards Chaco and Jujuy along with significant amounts of armor, aircraft and artillery. Bases in both provinces have begun digging in. The Argentinian government prints posters and starts radio broadcasts in support of the war effort and volunteering to help. The industrial sector of Argentina begins conversion to wartime production, and the country slowly moves towards total mobilization.
The remaining de Plata cruisers and two of the Virrey battleships have been approved for wartime deployment. Largely unfurnished and clean off the production lines, they will depart port shortly.
Argentina requests a non-aggression pact with Uruguay and Paraguay.
