I think that is ironic coming from you and could go into multiple examples of your blatantly unprofessional, childish and offensive behavior towards this community.  You could use a lot of reflection in that area.  I mean, take a step back and look at some of the stuff you say here.  Hell, you called a little kid a friend in his own help topic for not thinking to post the solution.

inevitable sting? The worse thing this drama could accomplish is to slightly annoy tez (my bf). It's not like his player-base is going to suffer for this; the server is enjoyable with or without zapk's names in the credits.

Sure I don't agree with some people on here and this of course could imply Badspot too, but why feel the need to express that when the outcome is destined to be negative?
I don't get why people don't just shrug it off after thinking to themselves how stupid person X or Y is, since frankly, no one but yourself really cares who you like and dislike. :₍

I went to chuck said grenade at guards.
It exploded in my hand and killed the prisoner next to me. I had gotten teamswitched.

Well yeah, Badspot owns the game/forum, so he can ban anyone he wants if he feels like it, whether or not they broke his written or unwritten rules.  I've seen it happen.  You also seem to think that because Badspot can prove someone is guilty of something, that makes him innocent somehow.

I think you are pushing this out of proportion
Tez isn't emailing badspot threatening to sue him; this is about crediting someone in a server
