Yeah because nasa totally use the imperial measurement system... right...

Metric.

Anything else is handicapped and should be thrown in the bin like you'd do with expired food.

Funny that a freedom loving country like America would use a system of measurement invented by kings.

I learned to use metric instead to throw people off during math class lol.

What do you think centimeters are for
that's like saying my richard's made of centipedes ew

Metric, except for when using temperatures for weather. It makes more sense to use a scale where 0 is really cold and 100 is really hot outside, as opposed to using Celsius for that.

gee guys it sure is a good 104 metric megasecond, at a cool 283.15~ kelvin and a nice 2.63638e+30 candelas of sunnyness.

use kelvin :~)

it more or less already is, considering most international organizations primarily use english (sometimes french) and most countries have english classes
and what is a global language anyway? do you mean that should ALL primarily use english? because that's dumb

and as for the previous debate, metric by far except for casual temperature; fahrenheit is more intuitive. however, for science, kelvin makes more sense

you mean there's other languages?

english can be the international language, but it is probably going to change over time as languages and dialects evolve
