how do you know
drydess wrote something, which birds cannot.
he is a human.

no
they're flapping air down against the earth, which would counteract any lift generated by the act of moving the air downwards

No shut up you are wrong

this doesn't work for the same reason that attaching a fan to a boat blowing into the sail doesn't work. they're a part of the same physical system, and so the forces within the system will cancel out

what you really need to do is attach a rope between you and the tree, have someone pick you up, and then you pick them up, then repeat. you'll keep going higher and higher if you're fast enough to counteract gravity and eventually end up in space where you can pull the earth along like a tugboat. make sure to bring a pressurized suit with enough oxygen to last you

okay jokes aside, you do know it's a birb right

Even if the birds could apply thrust to the Earth, they wouldn't have nearly enough for any noticeable effect.
Edit: the mass of the earth is approximately 5,972,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kilograms. Good luck changing its orbit.
