Poliwhirl, came back as Karl Marx.

Oh, you mean when he was soundly hoisted by his own petard?  Holding someone to their own horrible standards to point out their hypocrisy isn't the same as advocating those horrible standards yourself.

I mean, I assume that's the implication that PhantOS is trying to make?

PhantOS if you're trying to accuse me of something just state it in as straightforward a manner as possible.  We've already seen your mental gymnastics in action and it's pretty difficult to follow.

Generalizing any genre is what uncultured plebs do, so forget this question

Why are you getting so hung up over my post?

Metal is a great genre 1v1
YOU LITTLE forget WHAT THE forget DID YOU JUST SAY FIGHT ME MOTHER loving FROG forgetER(ง ͠° ͟ل͜ ͡°)ง

Metal is better than rap and country.

quality of music is subjective and not really open for debate imo, there's a reason why genres like extratone and harsh noise exist
sure you may be able to convince someone of the skill or appeal it holds, and they may find respect for it, but i don't think someone's favor for a genre can really change one way or another through words
i think the actual change of opinion comes when they hear it and genuinely like it because they think it sounds good

idk, right or wrong, that's just my two cents

sorry people who like metal aren't allowed to post in this thread
