Treat her like you'd treat any dude or girl you're not attracted to. There's no reason to treat attractive girls with any undue respect just because they are attractive girls.

You're also going to have problems because you're 14 so most of the girls you're going to be attracted to are also 14 and therefore immature and judgmental. It'll get better as you age. Just be sure to put yourself out there and get as much experience as you can. Only after a ton of spaghetti'ing will you get better at talking to girls.
