sweaty hands when playing games?

like, when i play any game for a while my hands seem to sweat without me noticing until my mouse & keyboard start feeling like they're greasy.

it's annoying as forget.

I would imagine that this would be from heat coming from the device making your hands hot.

there's definitely a bit of moisture but it's not excessive.
