As much as I would like to see him banned, I really don't think it'll benefit us in the long run at all. He'll just throw another few dollars at the screen, back with a new Alt, where he can continue to cause trouble and call people stupid, because he's too stupid to understand them.
It's really sad to see that the No Alts rule was removed. It would be quite useful for people who always seem to come back and continue their cunt ways. People like Taboo, Iban, Robo Noob, Kalphiter, Zedrow and Creativename come to mind with this.
A ban should be a lesson, a punishment for breaking the rules. I can't just get un-grounded from my parents by giving them $10. They're going to make sure I stay grounded, so I can learn my lesson from the incident, and not do the same forgetupery again. Hell, there are people who will jump onto an alternate account even for a week long ban, because they just can't get their fix without pissing people off for a few days.
While I can also understand the removal of the rules for people more similar to myself, who were stupid kids way back then their first account was made, and want to come back after maturing a bit and actually wanting to do something good, instead of getting yelled at all the time.
However, for the benefit of people who don't like being baited and trolled, I would very much like to see IP bans and a no alternate accounts rule been re-implimented, however probably with less restrictions. Maybe no ban evasions I guess.
