I just really wish seven year old me knew that they existed. :(

I just really wish seven year old me knew that they existed. :(
It would have prevented me chewing a lot of my bricks (which will cost hundreds to replace in the upcoming months since I'm trying to restore my LEGO collection), throwing them on the floor and having my brother cut parts in half with a saw.

As a hardcore LEGO enthusiast, this makes me cringe more than ycyl :(

having my brother cut parts in half with a saw.

*shudder*

My (unintentionally) ruined parts include a crab (below) with a broken claw :(

They aren't common, either.

didn't legos used to come with a small crowbar?

Pretty sure fig. 2 is also impossible to assemble, so that's all right

im confused about blockland now. I see posts called posts your picture and it shows grown men and women. Then I see a thread about legos
and i can t tell if you arent still playing with them?

just slide in a red axle to poke out the others

You can't, the center piece doesn't allow an axle to go all the way through; just halfway.

Guys...you are aware these things exist, right?

These are brick separators, and they come free with most sets now. The better green/gray ones can be bought for like $10.

As for axles, you can use longer axle pieces with enough force. You can also (VERY CAREFULLY) apply use of dolphin-nosed pliers if extra force is needed. I sometime use a paperclip to remove parts that get stuck in other parts.

Pssst don't link to other forums.

Isn't that the same as me linking my news threads to the main Reddit discussion.
I think it's just more about advertising, other than just linking large discussions.

Edit:
Just realized this reply is redundant, sorry.
