so i went to a local convention today

so i went to a convention because i heard there is a magic tournament there, and oh boy, it wasn't how i thought it was going to be. right as i plop down to face my opponent, a trio of furry, in full fursuits come walking through the door... blowing kisses at people. i was cringing so hard that my opponent saw my hand :/ all i seen there were what you see on reddit/4chan, neckbeards with fedoras. so that was my day today. what did you guys do today?

i had no clue what sort of convention it was, so i could have expected anything but this.
