Walter rolls his eyes and let's out a puff of air while smiling

"Let's go help Frisk out before he becomes impatient."

"Yeah, but you said you almost died twice. I'd count that as being kind of bad."

"Being hospitalized for burn marks probably does suck, I've burned my fingers a few times when I cooked before joining the air force."

"Yeah sorry you had to see that." Tippy says, though more directed at Nagato.
Tippy retrieves the rest of the rifle and looks it over for any damage.
: Yeah, no problem. I just don't like seeing... that, up close.

The rifle itself seems relatively unharmed, despite having been buried. A few scratches here and there, but externally it looks like it should still function.

Walter rolls his eyes and let's out a puff of air while smiling
"Let's go help Frisk out before he becomes impatient."
: Bah, he'll be fine. I don't think I've ever actually seen him get mad.

Virvel continues satisfying her morbid curiotsity, going from body bag to body bag and musing out loud about the state of the occupants. Eventually, she comes to one whose contents wipe the look of enthusiasm off her face. She zips it back up without comment.

"Yeah, but you said you almost died twice. I'd count that as being kind of bad."
: Well, I didn't, did I? So I'd say it could've gone worse.

Distracted by the conversation, he doesn't notice Pansar walking up to the group. Only when he gets clapped on the shoulder and startled out of his wits does he notice his presence.
: Nice work out there! I wish I could'a been there to see that thing go down!
: Yeah, you probably would've got a kick out of that.

Tippy walks up to Nagato to show her the rifle. She stands it up on the buttstock to show off the height.

"Would I like, get in big loving trouble if i wanted to test this now..."

Walter walks over and reopens the bag to check what's stopped virvel

"Now you've piqued my curiosity, if it's really that-"

"What's it even look like when they go down?" she asks, watching the two of them with mild amusement.

Tippy walks up to Nagato to show her the rifle. She stands it up on the buttstock to show off the height.

"Would I like, get in big loving trouble if i wanted to test this now..."
: Probably. Definitely. God damn, that thing is taller than I am!

Walter walks over and reopens the bag to check what's stopped virvel
"Now you've piqued my curiosity, if it's really that-"
It's a blonde Kintharian in a bloodstained flight uniform. Her vest is missing, and with it, the nametag, but you know exactly who it is.
: So... they're here too, right? Do we tell them?

"What's it even look like when they go down?" she asks, watching the two of them with mild amusement.
: It's-
: It's incredible. The levitation plates flickering out, the metallic howl of the hull being twisted to pieces under its own weight, the whole damn thing falling out of the sky trailing fire and smoke... Bringing those abominations back under the gods' rules is of the most inspiring experiences any red-blooded Aesthian can ever hope to witness.

Cualli seems a bit taken aback by Pansar's enthusiasm. "I... see. I suppose I'll have to try to watch one going down sometime, then," she says, casting a glance to Arkhip.

Tippy begins to break down the weapon for the duffel bag

Walter just stares for a moment distraught before moving to the center table

"I can tell them, I just need to find her name in these files rather than saying she was found by snooping."

Walter begins to shuffle through the papers looking for a list. While something rises in the top of his chest

"It feel its my responsibility. I should've been watching others that day."

Walter takes a long breath to try and clear the feeling in his chest

"Hahaha, ouch. Try almost-full upper body electrical burns, that mess up your reflexes when you need them the most. Like, say, trying to eject."
Yui takes aim and fires a shot downrange.

Gus heads to the medical wing, stopping by the desk of the managing nurse to request training in basic stabilisation, first aid and trauma management. He reasons he ought to be prepared for any further actions on the ground.

: Considering your line of work, I really hope you never have to see one in person. Maybe just watch a recording.
: Bah. That's not the same as being there.

Tippy begins to break down the weapon for the duffel bag
You're forced to remove the barrel, stock, and scope to get the gun short enough to fit, but once broken down you have no trouble bagging all 40 kilograms of it.

The papers are all in Gothic, and Walter has no idea what they're saying or even what they are.
: You feeling alright? I'll tell them if you don't want to. Don't really see how it matters how we found her...

Gus heads to the medical wing, stopping by the desk of the managing nurse to request training in basic stabilisation, first aid and trauma management. He reasons he ought to be prepared for any further actions on the ground.
Gus is given some paperwork and information about scheduling and availability.

"Well, I'd imagine it looks very different from the ground. Probably a bit terrifying to see one of those huge things coming out of the sky, especially if it's falling towards you." She smiles a bit before continuing. "But I'm sure you guys take care to keep them from landing on anyone important."
